Sharon Peake

Sharon Peake has won North West Hairdresser Of The Year at the British Hairdressing Awards in 2008 , 2009 & 2010. She arrived in Manchester in 2002, with extensive experience in art direction, education & consultancy. Her talent was first recognised nationally in 1997, when she won a place on The Fellowship for British Hairdressing's FAME Team.

As well as working in both salons and the Ethos academy, Sharon is constantly in demand in the UK for shows, seminars and photographic work. Television, radio and magazine work are a regular feature for the Ethos team. Following her 3 award wins Sharon now judges many UK hairdressing competitions including the British Hairdressing Awards.

Adam Bryant

Adam Bryant is Sharon's creative partner and Ethos visual director. After leaving his position as International Show Director for Toni & Guy in 1993, Adam joined the fashionistas to travel the world. Based in London and then New York, he has worked with designers including Balenciaga, Issey Miyake, and Donna Karen. Magazine credits include Italian Vogue, I-D, and Elle.

Adam has also worked with his fair share of celebrities such as Paris Hilton, Venus Williams, Carla Bruni and Kylie Minogue. His 15 years of jet-set experience is now available in both our salons and the Ethos Academy.
